Toshiba MB La-6062p rev2.0 No power

Hello Veterans
need help on a Toshiba MB La-6062p rev2.0
History of the motherboard 19V Short to ground PJP1 power connector burn completely clean up the area now the shot is gone I have 3.3V ALWP + 5V ALWP
The MB is not powering on.

RSMRST 2.68 -0V #
ACIN 2.5V
LIDSW 3.3V
VCC 3.3V
AVCC3.3V
SLP S3 2.05 drops to zero
SLP S5 2.09 drops to zero
SUSP 3.3-2.64 drops to zero
PM PWROK 0V
LID OUT 2.5
SYSON 0.27 drop to zero
PCH SUSPWRON 0V

EC BIOS done found one from badcaps any help

SLP voltages doesnt seems good-seems like a bad pch or bad solder joint under pch.

Ok thanks i will reflow and see for any changes but the initial problem was this power connector burn out i have upload pic is there a way to repair it connector

Reflow dident help any other suggestions
