    Lg 55ln5400

Went to fix this Lg like some of the other 50 and 55 i have repaired. Couldnt get all the lights to test out light , seemed like they were shorted open. When the tv standby light changes to turn on the backlight does not flash or anything. I ordered a whole new set of lights from shop j and installed and still the same thing. i have three of these power supplys but none seem to turn backlight on. I can start at first light strand and jump positive and negative and it will light, i do the same thing on next and it will light but weaker, by the end of the strand it doesnt matter if i jump it or not it doesnt have enough voltage to light. How much voltage to backlight should i have and what boost it and tells it to turn on. the voltage i see is present even with the tv off and its not very much.

Hard to help without your pictures for us to see exactly what we are dealing with.
What kind of the Voltage measurement did you do for the supply voltages and control signal Voltages?
