hello i have lg tv which power on doesnt have picture or sound i already change the power supply board but doesnt fix it i dont have 17v if is helpful

So what voltages do you have at connector P1100, all 24 pins
What's the power supply number BNxx-xxxx and mainboard number?
Willing to help but I'm no expert.
