A brand of SLA battery which has given me trouble...
I have had Xinshun (by Yu Yao Li Tian Storage Battery Co. Ltd.) SLA batteries used in UPS units fail prematurely on me, despite being evenly charged when used in series.
But this time, they leaked inside a UPS, which needed internal cleaning, with the circuit board needing a clean as well.
An insulation test on the large transformer had passed, showing it was not damaged. When new batteries were installed, the UPS unit worked again
