You need to list the DCV readings of each pin and give us give the pin names of each pin of that white connector of the power supply board that goes to the main board. You MUST provide pin names for each pin follow by the DCV readings.
Also provide straight shot pictures of the power supply board Top and Bottom of the whole board and closed up pictures around the connectors.

So 5VSTBY is OK, but are you sure that ALL other pins are 0 V?

yes everything else is zero, it wont power up so theres no way for any other voltages to be present. i just didnt know if this weird blink code if that is even one is known to anyone. it lights up as soon as plugged in then goes striaght off no more blinks or anything and 5 volt is present whole time, i did try another power supply i had in stock and same thing, i just figured main board. but it is possibly to force main on? with 5vstby and ps
_on? i have never done that but is that hows its done? and just with a wire? or resistor in wire?

              Sounds like a bad mainboard.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

I expect AD_DET will be >3V since it is generated by the power supply and runs off the 5VSTBY.

What is the history of this TV? Someone worked on this before you? Hit by surge or lighting?

Yes But sorry I meant force power supply on. The history is guy brought it in said He got it from his mom and she said it had a line going down screen vertical but turned on. Which is weird cause it dont turn on. He said He dont know cause he never seen it on. I just didn't know if there was a blink code error for this model. And with light coming on and going right off? Will be going to shop now to.mess with it. Thanks
