Nice info & nice handwriting
I had some question, on some system the signal marked with "#" ex. RSM_RST# what does it mean? Is it different with RSM_RST without the "#"?

The symbol # means that the signal is active when is low

ow, ok...
so, from my understanding when signal marked with "#" it should be 0 volt when system fully on? Is that right? Or you have other opinion?
