on the bottom of the laptop it has written TOSHIBA NB505-N500BL

thanks but still the same issue press the power button lights comes up a second goes off fan is not spinning.here is the board id:PBU00 LA-6851P REV:1.0

thanks but still the same issue. i check voltages ok 19v and 3.3v and 5v are present but when press power button light turn on fan not spinning then a second it goes off
