Windows 10 custom program startup delay

Hi

I have installed ssd and win 10 recently in a pc that i use only for bga rework...There is only one small program that is used for mashine and nothing else is installed on that pc as it is it`s only purpose...
I have placed shortcut into startup folder so that app starts up as soon as windows starts up.Now windows boots up to desktop for 2-3 seconds but after that there is a delay of about 10 seconds before my program starts up...This is driving me nuts because whole point of ssd and win10 was fast boot time...Is there any way to fix that delay ?

I used to have this on windows 7 and worked perfectly ,program would start immediately after welcome screen,i couldn`t even notice desktop...Os is new ,so no viruses ,no bad settings or something similar. i tried different pc,same thing.

Any help appreciated as i couldn`t find anything about this...

Worked for win 10...Not as fast as in win7 but it`s really not noticable...
