Sound in facebook video chat ?

Hi guys: i have 2 hp laptops and i have issues with sound in face book video chat,in google chrome i can hear sound when i video chat with someone,but the person on the other end doesn't have sound.
in Firefox it's the other way around,i can't hear sound but in the other end they can,this is weird,any suggestions? thanks

Sounds like a FailBork issue....
