    BENQ FP91G+ questions

Hi there. Long time lurker, rare poster.

I have a benq FP91G+ that a customer donated today and I plugged it in and the LED turns on and stays constand, black screen. I assumed caps on powersupply so I pulled it apart and no swollen caps. I have an ESR meter so I checked all caps and they all test good as well.

My question is what else should I be checking on this monitor? I'm not a big monitor repair guy but I do understand general electronics and I have a Multimeter/oscope and ESR meter. Any direction I could go into?

It seems to me the backlight inverter is on the powersupply.

Anyone have any good TS tips?

Read the basic guide for LCD monitor under my signature, then take the voltage reading on the secondary side. The post good clear pictures of the board.
