    Try replacing the caps.
    They are obviously bad.

What makes you see that the caps are bad.

        C104 looks domed.

What do you mean by this I cannot find it written on any of the capacitors and none of the image numbers are C104.

c104 is at the front right side - same side as the power inlet.
            it's printed on the board.

the cap is dark green with gold print.

"Thank You so much" I now see it clearly.

But what is it that shows that this capacitor is spoilt.

the top should be perfectly flat.
if it's sticking up then the liquid inside has boiled.
also, if you see yellow or brown on the top then it has leaked.
                also it's made by CapXon.

the replacement must be low impedance type btw.

WOW! I took a closer look at the PCB again and saw the green cap's top is really swelled and it also has a brown dot on the top.

But what is wrong if the capacitors are from CapXon.

Which type of capacitor should I exactly replace it with.

It says it is a 6.3v, 470uf capacitor. Is there anything else I should look for.

                      capxon fail very quickly,

what is the diameter of that cap?
the replacement must be the same size.

i would use panasonic FR series, but maybe you cant get those.

I guess the capacitor in the link below should be just the right fit. It looks exactly the same diameter when I measured the cap on the PCB with a measure tape, It also is 470uf and 6.3v and it is from Nichicon PLEASE just have a look.

no, VZ is not suitable AFAIK.
btw, that website is a joke, it must be run by a monkey.
every time you click on anything, it reports it to FaceBook!!
it does all kinds of stuff in the background!

you never did say how wide the old cap is.
if it's 8mm then maybe this:
                          https://www.tanotis.com/products/pan...al-leaded-8-mm

i dont trust the seller not to be selling fakes though.

The old cap is 6mm wide and 11mm high.

                              then you need EEUFR0J471
                              or something from nichicon/rubycon/ncc
but i dont have the datasheets for those in front of me.

Please check if this is the right part and also if the website is legit and safe to purchase..

The link of the website with part discription is here - http://www.mouser.in/Search/m_Produc...S4JxBTbQFzM%3d

Can you please also specify the
                                • lead spacing wheter - 2.5mm or 5mm and
                                • Packaging wheter - bulk, cut tape or reel.

as the website is asking me to choose them in the filter section.

you can see the lead spacing on your board.
for a 6.3mm diameter cap it would be 2.5mm

the other question relates to how many you want to buy.

no, i have no idea if mouser.in is legit.
try mouser.com and select your country.

btw, Bahamut could sell you cheap caps - i'm surprised he hasnt offered yet.
