jamicon is crap IMHO..

seen lots of them in really cheap DVD players...
bulging or open of course..

edit: i don't even know if they produce low-esr caps...!?
most i've seen were GP caps..

A couple of weeks ago, I replaced four bad Jamicons in the vertical output section of my 12-year-old Sanyo TV. Oddly, none of the Jamicons driven by the the horizontal output section were bad (ESR measured).

I had a K7S8X-E R3.0 (it's the same PCB) with OST RLP capacitors instead of Taicon :]
