![]() I just use cheap super glue as an adhesive for the lens. I use a hot air station to remove the old SMD LED.

![]() To some extent it will depend upon the device and the manufacturers data sheet, I don't really have a temp set in mind for my pace hand tools, but aim for between 260 and 300 degrees if there is a large thermal mass indicated then higher. It all really depends on experience.
