hi everyone i have a problem with acer aspir 7520

when i turn on the computer everything run but i have a black screen on my computer i test it with an other screen but nothing too on the other

someone can help?
someone have schematic for motherboard?

Hello,

I think the problem is from the gpu. Also check the chipset.
If I remember correctly it has a nvidia card right?

ofc this is AMD cpu!

first you do a reflow and after you can change the bios battery if its LOW voltage

the computer is directly connected to the alimentation so don have battery anymore

Ok.
If you use oven its like this.

No plastic no baterry bios no sticker on mobo.

The board needs to flat . Chip up. Near the heat element.

Start the oven with open door let it heat up to 80c.
The close the door and count 8 min.

Put screws in the screw wholes so it wont touch the metal to move components.

No.
Take the cpu out
Board only. Empy. No stickers no bios battery no rubbers.

Clean empyy board with chipset up level on screws or some cocking foils and dont touch any component because when its hot the solder its liquid and you can move components by mistake

Conventional ovens only get to 230c MAX.... Rarely hit 230c... Non leaded solder will melt at 217c. Just get it done properly and have the GPU reballed

hi dj recoh i tried to cook only gpu alone but nothing special
so now i will try the motherboad without cpu

dude oven is bullshit. board will start to twist=killed

u just need halogen light 120W for 5eur, ALfoil, thick paper and multimeter with thermoprobe

Aspire 7535 no display.

Bios battery was flat

Even reballing is not the solution, the chipsets are faulty and need replacement. If you heat it up it will last 3 months at most and die again.

Yours is the model with nvidia chipsets everywhere. It could be either the GPU or the Northbridge in your case. Not worth repairing, scrap.

hi friend sorry for tardive response i receive the computer and i took some picture
but i find something strange on gpu and it s a nvidia the strange thing is there is one smd left on gpu check the picture please and all advice are welkom is it maybe the reason tha t i have black screen ....
