looking for some advice please got a tv with this board in it the main fuse had blown replaced it but blow again straight away any ideas please the tv is a hitachi 40h6l03 uk spec 230 v thank you

You really have'nt given much information, A picture of the power supply would help. Likely there is a component in the primary that is shorted, like a mosfet. Q201 Q202?
