Help me identify this chip 5X=

Please refer the the image . All written on it is
5X =4H

Please refer to the image as well. I guess this is a 3/5V IC but not sure . The motherboard is csl50/csl52 la-e791p. I dont have the schematic or the boardview so this is even more difficult.

The chip you have is RT6575DGQW but TPS51275B should also work
