Hello. Trying to repair an A1311 that power on, chimes but screen is white with no logo. The backlight of the LCD is working. The backside is a bit warm but this may be a different issue as we have installed a 3rd party HD without the thermal sensor attached.
The video card has been baked in our SMT oven. All 4 POST LEDs are lit on.
Could the T-con board on the display be the issue?
No physical damage to the LVDS connector that we can see.
Trying to source another LCD display for testing.

Update: Found another LCD display - same symptoms. So it is NOT the T-con board.
Will try a machine reset and report back.
Update # 2 - It was the 3rd party HD that was causing the haul-down of the display. After removing this HD, have the Apple logo using the Apple USB boot key or internet boot.
