HP Compaq 6830s Problem

Hello every one

I have problem with Hp compaq 6830s

MB Model :6050a2161401-mb-a03

when I put the charger it turn on without display and it flashes 3 times continuously after I unplug and I put the charger directly it turn on with display but too slow then its not working if I want to turn it off.

I updated the bios and it stays the same where is the problem exactly please ?

Hi bachir and thank you bro thé cmos battery resolve for message but bios logo take few minute (10m) before Windows booting
