hi ok thanx a lot for confirmation so how can i charge it by pass to see if the problem is the charger port or the battery it self because i change charger but same problem
hello,
the easiest way is to check if you get ~4.2v(while charging) on the pins where battery is connecting(for that you need multimeter) . If you get it, means that the route from charging port to the battery is ok. Battery itself should not go above 3.7v (if on the battery is written 3.7v) even when is fully charged. More then that means battery is not good.
easiest way is to plug it into a usb monitor.
battery that low may be in pre charge.about 50ma.
there will be no signs of life till it goes to full charging current.
then it will go to startup then battery level.
if you dont see any current draw on the monitor look at the usb jack.
i replace them all the time.
full charge voltage is 4.35v http://www.ebay.com/itm/DROK-USB-2-0...3520548http://
