Default GA-F2A68HM S1 no display

I have a motherboard GIGABYTE GA-F2A68HM S1 which has no display.I already tried reflash the bios still the same issue

no voltages on Vcore and all coils around cpu no voltages, and caps around cpu 16v caps measured only 12v and 6.3v caps measured 0v

Ok so the CPU VCore power supply is probably not getting activated. Try to see if the FCH is getting powered. There should be a coil next to it, check voltage there.

Also try to get a schematics for this board (or a similar one).
