This is an oem board packard bell columbia II, has the same problems, ost 3300uF 6.3v bulging and oozing at the bottom, the 5 ost 1500uF 6.3v seem ok , not sure what the 2 1000uF 6.3v are but ok? Reading some of the other posts it seems that the 3300uF caps are the problem amongst genuine good caps, but on this board the 1500uF's are ost's too!
Usual symptoms, hanging on shutdown, and restarts.
