    LG 55LB5900 picture issue

    Hello,
I have an LG 55LB5900 LED TV, I have replaced the power board but tv still has sound, no picture. When I turn the tv on there is an occasional flicker and slight bluish light near lower third of screen. The stand by light stays on when the tv is plugged in and off. I did use a flashlight on the screen to see if I could see anything when on and pressed menu, but I saw nothing anywhere on the screen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you have a multimeter, check to see if you have voltage on each side of the fuse on tcon board, black probe on a ground red probe on each end of fuse, fuse will be labeled starting with F, like F1 or such, look closely it doesn't look like a typical fuse. Check fuse in diode mode too, probe on both ends, meter should beep or read 000 if fuse is ok.

With flickering and blue tint to lights, probably bad leds in the backlights.

The protection circuit might be shutting down the tcon, could be why you have no display with flashlight.

Can we see good clear pictures of the back side of the TV showing all the boards, and then good clear straight shot of the whole power supply top and bottom side of the board.
Did you do any Voltages measurement?
