    Are these caps ok ?

    I saw these mark on primary caps,
    Are they ok ?

      Your pix are not well focused, but if you mean the reddish marks on the PCB, those are probably inspection marks (made by the inspector to show (s)he looked at that part).

        Looks like there is glue holding the caps in place, this is common.

            It looks like it spreads all the way to the Bridge rectifier, just remove the cap and see.

                That is why you remove the cap to find out, I cannot really tell from the pictures.
