ASUS N752VX power signal missing ?

    Asus N752VX
The notebook, after I replaced the pch, and seems to start up correctly but I have a doubt, staying on the bios screen I checked some voltages and the VccGT power signal (Processor Graphics)
it is at 0 volts, I suppose it is the power supply of the video card integrated in the CPU chip. In the power sequence I see this signal as the last step and it should be enabled.
    What I did not understand?

iGPU power rail may not be enabled when iGPU is idling or when dGPU is being used instead.
