i have power everywhere except where it says volt...

should be 3.4 would i have to run a one wire to this cap or run one to the bios thanks

FIRST YOU SAID Smc_pm_g2_en 3.47V AND NOW 0 V ?????????????

DO NOT TEST VOLTAGES AT THE PINS SIDE OF COMPONENTS WHEN THEY ARE TOO SMALL , to avoid shorting two pins at the same time. use instead other testpoints.

don't check voltages at this time , i know you will never have any voltages at s3 and s0 states since s5_pwrgd is low. put your miltimeter on diode mode , and give values (line to ground ). disconnect battery and adapter to do these tests
