HP Compaq nc 6220 not powered on

NC 6220 , when charger inserted it automatically power with light and oranges blink for 5sec. then go off. It PC continued like this with no display pls help me out

For automatically power on test your Bios battery 3.3V & for the no Display did you flash the Bios with a working one?
Test VCC CORE & VGA VCC and rest of the Coils for Voltage?
