Display comes like this as shown in pic......tested with another working screen but same any ideas from where to start....motherboard is clean no waterdamage

Check cpu voltage. if 0v then your cpu can have a short

Do you hear macbook jingle? Even without a screen, you should hear a boot sound.

faulty RAM?

If you had hardware error with OK ram, you should hear beeping codes.

No chime, no beep. I think simple RAM reflow could fix that. But don't jump into my conclusion.

i did try that by reflow ram chips but no luck

PRAM reset done? Display OK on external (with internal disconnected)?

CPUVCORE voltage?

yes if connect external ssd with usb it lights up but no communication ...i mean usually when mobo reads it the light blinks but in this cause no blink

vcore is good and cpu also gets hot

Interesting never seen this before. You have no chime so I would check around U1950 and check around the bios. Measure pins of bios in diode mode. Spi rom resistors traces and bad bios are usually the cases for me in with these weird problems

tried with a working bios file but still same condition
