Stuck in stand-by mode.
Checked all the regulators 3.3v ok. Found 1117 adj regulator output voltage drops to 1.3v.it must be 1.5v in this tv.changed the regulator now tv works fine.

Thanks Koka0011, been waiting 4 years to revive one of these (just out of warranty all those years ago, of course). After 3 years of occasional searches, I had all but given up when I stumbled onto this post by accident. Thanks again
