btw, most soldering gear sensors are thermocouples, not resistors.
they look like a short-circuit and generate a variable voltage that rises with temperature.

damn thats bad. there are voltages with temps marked on board but dont know if it is for hotair or iron
i think i have 24V and 10V/its marked on board/, but i have there three windings.
one 24V i think because of thicker wire/iron power/ and two with thinner wire connected in the middle - see picture. dont know why it is the second thinner winding with loose wire
there is only 3 connection pads so maybe it is two 5V winding connected together to give 10V
that 1st picture have bad marks/yellow/ because 2x5V winding come in mind later

must open station and cut whole cables to get out connectors and find out what is going where.
i connect 10V to connector marked 1/10V which i think is for logic and 24V to connector marked 24V for iron heater
dont know why this chinas engineer marked +/- on resistive sensor, and 24V IN/GND when it is AC voltage
and i forgot that this station dont have main switch so transformer is still working
looks like everything is working but dont have voltage on heating for hotair heater.
maybe it is because of my sensor replaced by resistorand test load is bulb, so i connect it right to the station.
but i will test it at the morning

the soldering iron is 24v,
the hot air is usually mains powered.
that's exactly how i connected it. did u read something else from my post?
looks like it is working. compressor is regulated, and sensor circuit works because when i turn of heater, compessor still works until sensor is cooled.
But air heater is still on. i think that is something bad in regulation of it, because driver/MOC3023/ have still 1.16V between pins 1 and 2
