9900K WHEA LOGGER Internal parity error or cache hierarch error.

    Hi my pc:
9900K OC sync all cores was 50
    2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000MHZ xmp
    Corsair 850RmX
    Asus Prime Z390-A

On 5ghz with voltage 1.320v i had very rarely Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity error during game in Metro Exodus.
So rarely like 1 pop up Whea in 1 month.
Also on Realbench on 1.320v i had Whea Logger 19 Cache Hierarchy Error.
So i bumped to 1.330v and 2 months was fine. But yesterday in Battlefield 5 Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity error pop up in Battlefield 5 on 1.330V.

1.320v - Whea 19 Internal Parity Error (1 in 3-4 months ) in Metro Exodus
1.320v - Whea 19 Cache Hierarchy Error in Realbench

    1.330v - Whea 19 Internal Parity Error ( 1 in 3 months ) in Battlefield 5
1.330v - no Wheas in Realbench

I am actually 9900K on stock 4700ghz,all auto in UEFI.

And my question. Is Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity Error related to insufficent Vcore ? Cache hierarchy the same?

are you sure it's not the cpu or ram overheating??

If OC'ing a late-gen Core i-series, it's usually just some more Vcore you need.

Then afterwards, if the CPU cache voltage is adjustable, increase the CPU cache voltage. (wouldn't be surprised if it's for the L2 cache)

(at least for some 2010s' Core i-series, the cache, likely the L2 cache, can run at a lower frequency than the CPU cores)

(The CPU cache frequency being lower than the cores, will remind old schoolers of Katmai, the first-gen Pentium III, and before that.)

Katmai was basically a Deschutes with SSE

I would only increase the CPU cache voltage, if you believe you're getting an error related to CPU cache instability.
