Problem is power up but no display i av tried all dump provided by this forum but NO luck.so i need your help. here is the original dump

I think this mb has ati or nvidea graphics chip-that may be the culprit.

Have you checked VCC_CORE voltage?
Maybe this problem was related Nec Tokin issue.

This mb perhaps dont have nec tokin

it have nec tokin but it have already been replaced with capacitors bfore the mobo got to me thanks @tec4u i will try your dump.
