Would a bad processor allow computer to turn on with no video? Samsung NP300E5C

This Laptop had power Issue which were resolved by replacing SIO and another power IC (15115).
Now it turns on but it shows no video, No beeps when memory removed either.
Is the video chip integrated with the processor?

Any one has bios for this board?

Try at your own risk. Backup your bios first.
