Have this HP monitor, no life from it.
Had a look at the power board, and there were a number (5) of crappy looking capacitors near the main board connector that I replaced with Panasonics, except for one (C809) which is a Nichicon KY.
Also replaced the startup cap (C807), but the monitor still plays dead, no life from the screen or front panel lights.
No 5V getting to the mainboard connector. Doesn't seem to be any voltage getting across the LIVE boundary.
Any suggestions what to test? Did a search, but could find post on the same or similar HP monitors.
