Abit BP6 Leaking and Bulging Caps

One or more of the labs at my university threw out discontinued equipment, and amongst the pile was this Abit BP6. Got it home and spotted the problem caps straight away.

I started to desolder some of these pathetic Tayeh caps and this is what the worst one looks like underneath. The rest are just bulging slightly.

I've read the Abit BP6 recapping thread posted by Topcat and want to replace the caps with these modded values. What rated rippled current and ESR value must I look for? Or will any good-quality low ESR cap with specified capacitance and voltage be fine?

I've only looked at Rubycon from one local source so far and this is what I've found for 2200uF (both 10mm):
    -ZLH series, 6.3v, 1960mA ripple, 0.020Ω ESR
    -ZL series, 6.3v, 2150mA ripple, 0.022Ω ESR

My first multi-processor computer, and it came from the dumpster . I hope it works after the recapping.
