Got The Tv back together! picture seems fine!! I would like to thank Budm, MisterD for hanging in there with me. Tv is working and looking good! and it seems I CAN ajust the brightness! Thank you guys so much!!

I'm glad to have helped and that it's fixed, I didn't want to give up, so did you just leave the PWM-SEL wire unhooked? btw save those AA Batteries you soldered together, you may need them for a future project.

You're very welcome! It would only be used for Backlight Level, that's why you can still adjust the brightness level because it's for the LCD Panel, I just checked my 42" Vizio and it's running at 85 percent backlight.
