Panasonic Tx-55dx600 web apps crashing.

bbc iplayer, netflix, youtube all crash after loading - producing random garbage / looks like memory dump on screen. - see pic

i have tried factory reset but thats not fixed it.

i have tried USB and internet updating to the latest s/w but its already on latest.

is there a way to clear app cache or force refresh the software ?

ok, found some info.

the TV OS is firefox and has stopped being updated since about 2016, so none of the apps are supported anymore.

works fine with a chromecast instead.
