Hi,
Have this set with bluish content even OSD. I have tried factory reset from service mode using MENU > 1999 > PRE PR
but same.
Main board: 715G6826-M02-000-004K




Any help please?

Yes defenitely LED problem... It is quite obvious. Cannot see why I didn't notice the backlights even from the back probably was too focused on the software issue.





Client refused to repair. So I am going to try repairing as spare TV to lend to customers

Well that's a fine idea, nothing worse than no tv while yours is in the shop.
