Default Element elefw502 firmware issue

Anybody know where I can download the firmware for this model? TV originally wouldn't power on change the mainboad it powers on but the controls aren't right using the panel or the remote. power turns on the power, vol. buttons go to the menu selections, chan. buttons change the vol., menu button changes inputs. Ordered another board same thing. So now I'm looking for the firmware.

Under the model number of the tv the only downloads are the pdf's for the manual, warranty and quick start card.
