Default Philips 32pfh4309/88 restart problem

Hi to everybody, i have a problem with the tv in title.
The tv reboot it self when i give power to It.
Sometimes show the Philips logo and restart, sometimes only the backlight on and off.
There isn't Power led on.
I opened the tv and i don't see any blow caps or burn PCB.
I read in other discussion about an upgrade firmware with USB, i just try It without success.the TV restart before start the upgrade.
I think that in my case Is an hardware problem, what i can check and what are the problems for you?
Thanks to everybody

Aaaah! I see a NAND IC (U405), where the Scart plug is. If you have a programmer like a TL866II or RT809H etc., read the NAND and save the file. Then erase the IC, followed by a blank check. Chances are there are bad blocks on that IC. Copy the content from the old NAND chip to a new NAND chip and reinstall it.

Turn on the TV and give it a cooling spray (freeze spray) on the nand memory.
