Any markings on the side? Maybe like TK.2006M.101 or 080GL19T 8DN1.

If you read post #44 from the following thread, it sounds like the secondary should measure ~550 ohms:

The IT-E19-NB4004B is available on ebay for about $5.

Thank you guys for your help so far.
I'll try to get a transformer and I'll get back to you with the results.

Ok, here's the deal. The transformer came in, the resistance is very close to the one on the board. I installed it dilligently, however, other problems emerged.

Pls halp.

Come on people! Anyone?
The screen turns on and then the backlight fades away.
No visible image on screen.
Does anyone have an idea?
Video is in the last post.

Recheck the LVDS cable connection between the logic board and the T-CON PCBA on the LCD panel.
Did you do any disassembly of the LCD panel? That looks like LCD panel problem.

First and foremost, thank you all for your patience.

The patient has recovered and working fine.
But besides the screen working, I want to thank you all
for helping me acquire new skills and understanding.
Forums like this are really the reason why Internet is a good thing.

All my love to you guys. (but not the gay kind)

Good to here you have it working.
So what is that you did to get it working finally? What you found might help someone else.

I guess budm was right.

I disassembled the entire screen down to the lamps,
tested the lamps and they were good.
I put everything back together and it works.
But I strongly suspect it was a loose cable, as budm suggested.

But nonetheless, the crucial part was
troubleshooting that transformer. That was key.
That and replacing all the bad caps.
