Yes and no; I mean.. after a lot of search on badcap forum (which doesn't include the link you posted, pretty strange that I haven't found it) and other website around the world, I contacted the service desk in Germany and I explained the issue by highlighting the fact that this is was at 99% caused by a faulty component (novatech chip) which dies after some usage as reported by a lot of users around the world and which regulates the digital ports DVI and HDMI (in fact on my monitor the VGA was working normally) and the monitor OS.
Due to that "engineering issue" I tried to ask for a "no-cost" replacement for the logic board (I haven't the required equipment to program the novatech chip with the bios I found on a polish forum and to solder the newer on the logic board). Unfortunately we haven't found an agreement and I bought the entire logic board+shipment in italy from Germany.
The shipment arrived almost immediately and I exchanged it the same day. My monitor is now working perfectly.
