PQ8 and PQ9 removed and replaced
      PQ8 5678 to GND is about 58kohms
      PQ9 5678 to GND is about 0,4kohms

PU1 A IC pin1 you should get 3.3V find that IC, PQ19 gate voltage should be 3.3V PACIN, what is the charger you are using try with another charger if you have uplode both side of the Mob in 2 pic

PQ19 gate voltage must reach 3.3V this voltage come from LM393 PU1 comparator pin 1 3.5V through the Power diode PD1 one side 3.3V test the Voltage & PR67 but the register he’s not marked anywhere you have to do a continue to test to find out one side of PD1 is connected to that register PR67

voltage on PD1 ? put the Multimeter meter in continuity mode and test how may Restarters of next to PD1 connected with the it

no worries ,breaking solder joints may be the cause in that area you may have to heat up with some flux over heating might kill the Mob
