unplug the tv, freeze the eeprom with a can of air upside down, plug the tv in and turn it on. See what happens.

A couple of repair services for the main board on ebay if you search the main board part number or model number. Fixes for stuck on logo issue. Also a seller of the NAND Flash U3.
