Looks like a vertical soldered pcb to me. Is there anything on the other side?

Can't be any component since both pads are soldered on one copper plane.
Would make no sense.

Yes Is vertical, but there isn't anything on the other side.
It Is soldered like an smd.

I swear that looks like a surface mount LED to me.But i could be wrong.

I don't really know what they are, mabe just a SPacer? Other similar boards have them and in different places

Could those be big vias to connect the top layer to bottom? Maybe plated vias couldn't handle enough current or it would be impossible/too expensive to make such large plated vias?

That would make sense to me as i can't see any vias on that board.. Or is this a single layer board? I know PSUs are usually single layer.

The board is single layer, no via's. They don't seem to be part of the circuit, so maybe they are used during the manufacturing of the board.

Ok I'm out of ideas then as to why they would put those in. Increasing BOM cost for no reason?

what issue are you having with your tv? this service manual may match your tv

i have this tv and i don't know why i find a lot of water under the power supply board. the result is that the part of the LED circuit doesn't work properly.
Some component and tracks are burn i want try to repair it.
But the TV service Manual haven't the scheme of the power supply and i didn't find it in other place

Post good, clear, straight on, in focus pictures of the board (and the area of the damage) and maybe we can figure out the problem.
