If the driver FET package is ok then the transformer should be all you need.

Although this thread is many years old. I just wanted to add a comment as it helped me track down and fix the problem with my T240 monitor. Therefore thanks to all.
In my case, the inverter was blown and I ordered a new one from China via aliexpress.com and it worked a treat.Comment

Hello, I know this thread is very old but I hope someone can help me with my problem.
I had a black screen, then I replaced the inverter. It was good for about 3 minutes then black screen again. Then I replaced the inverter again and again it worked for a few minutes then black screen again.
Can someone tell me what's the problem? I don't know why the inverter fails so fast.Comment
