slow led?

Hi all i have a led strip and when tested one of the leds is slow to start up on the strip,it reaches the same brightness as the other leds,it just takes a very small amount of time longer to start up,it is wise to use this strip or not?,
i presume this is a sign that this led might fail soon?

I think you answered that question yourself. So if you don't feel comfortable with it and you don't want to open up that TV anytime soon again, get a different strip or that particular LED.

Yeah i think so and good point its a technika tv and i have no idea how i got it apart without cracking the screen it was the hardest led screen iver ever opened up,it makes the vestel ones look easy!,thanks for backing up what i thought.
