You should measure the final transistors, on the heatsink.
If you find some shorted ones, just cut there legs and reset the receiver.
It should fully work, except that channel.

        You haven't read the thread.
It was fixed long time ago and it is sold already.
It was, a bad standby relay. Check page #6.
I'm having issues, with a 1122k, which I can't get to the bottom of it.

Re: Pioneer VSX-1022-K won't turn on

          hello guys,
Sorry to dig into a very old thread, just wanted to summarize. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Symptoms: Cannot power on with remote control but can power on using the power button on the actual receiver.
Diagnostics: Found a broken relay on standby board.
          Parts: Denon 963682000640S
          URL: http://www.pacparts.com/part.cfm?par...640S&mfg=Denon

I summarized because i have exactly same symptoms and i am about the order the part if someone confirms that i am right? Because i dont want to remove/desolder the relay unless i am sure about it.
I dont know how to test it when its sitting on the green board.

Would really appreciate if any one can respond.
