Dell Optiplex GX620 USFF High-Pitched Wine

I have recapped literally hundred's of SX280 and GX620 boards, but 1 out of every 10 of them emit a high-pitched wine. I am curious to know what this is. I generally use Rubycon MBZ's and YXG's for the 2200uf replacements and Nippon KZG's (usually 1000uf, 6.3v in place of 820uf, 6.3v). It matters not what caps I use, so I am wondering if anyone has any idea what this noise could be coming from. As with all Dell's USFF models (excluding the new 780's), the power supply is external and isolated from the system.

    Thanks!

Probably some of the small 220uf caps emitting that whine.

Never put any thought into those. Gonna take a look this week into replacing these to see if that resolves the problem. Thanks!
