    Samsung UN65H8000AFXZA Backlight No Image

I have a Samsung UN65H8000AFXZA that I got from a friend a year ago. The Backlight comes on but no image. When I connect it to my laptop it picks it up as a 1080p 60hz monitor that I can use as a secondary so the logic board seems fine. I have checked all the voltages and they seem to make sense. I got a replacement tcon board but the problem persists. On the tcon board I am getting 2 of 3 leds lit up. I have tried unplugging 1/2 of the tcon to get half the panel working and tried taping over some pins. If anyone has a service manual or anything that can be helpful please post. Also if you want exact voltages ask away.
    Thank you.

So either one of the cable between the LCD panel and the T-CON connected you will get each half of the screen to work?

Sorry didn't make that clear but I couldn't get either side of the screen to work and had 2 of 3 leds each time.

So today I got some freeze spray (compressed air) and decided to spray it around the part that I thought was good the main board and I got 3 light on the tcon board briefly and some white lines on the screen. But now I am getting power loops where the tv backlight comes on and promptly off. The highlighted part of the image is where I sprayed it.
