    Bought 10 new FSQ510
All have pin 2 and 3 shorted.
Is this normal? can anyone with working chip confirm?

Bought FSQ510 from Digi-Key and it fixed the board.

hello .. was the solution found for this problem? I have the same problem but I have not replaced the FSQ510 (V101) yet. I just removed it and the R105 stopped heating all the diodes, check them and they are in perfect condition.

                Yes, just read above.
Make sure you get FSQ510 from a reputable seller like digikey or mouser
Someone who worked on the board before me replaced it with a fake chip, and I purchased fakes from ebay too.
